We are searching for a talented and passionate UI/UX Web Designer to join our growing team in Surat.

You will play a key role in creating user-centred designs for our website and web applications. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and information architecture to prototyping and visual design.

Key Responsibilities as a Web Designer

  • Develop the overall layout and production design of web pages in a website.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  • Retrieving content (images, icons) from relevant sources.
  • Creating unique, effective web designs using the supplied/available resources
  • Create UI Design for a Responsive Mobile Application Interface.
  • Creating professional and conceptualized logos.
  • Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
  • Modifying and enhancing images using relevant software, where necessary.
  • Making requested changes to existing sites when requested, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Performing quality checks on the websites to ensure they meet design & technical requirements
  • Ensuring websites are completed within the agreed timeline and quality guidelines
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives started in the process.

Requirements for a UI/UX Web Designer Candidate

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or similar relevant field
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, and other visual design tools.
  • Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of creative User Interface (UI / UX) Design.
  • Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Good understanding of one or more popular front end languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc)
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
  • Good experience in creating wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
  • Excellent visual design skills.
